Yes. Exclusive leads and live transfers are sold to one buyer only — you are not racing competing agents or contractors to the same prospect.
Which verticals do you cover?
Final Expense, Roofing & home services, Debt Relief, and Medicare. Formats include exclusive web leads, live transfers (where offered), and aged data as a lower-cost tier.
Can I start with a pilot program?
Yes. New buyers start with a pilot program so you can judge contact rates and close rates on your own dialer before committing to monthly volume.
TCPA & compliance
What does “TCPA-compliant with consent record” mean?
Each lead is generated with express written consent and delivered with documentation you can produce if challenged — typically the consent language shown, timestamp, IP and source, plus DNC scrubbing and honored opt-outs.
Does buying leads protect me from TCPA lawsuits?
No vendor can eliminate all legal risk. What transfers is usable consent only if the consumer was clearly told agents/sellers like you might contact them — and you can prove it. That is why we deliver the consent record with the lead.
Do you scrub DNC lists?
Yes. Numbers are scrubbed against Do-Not-Call resources and opt-outs are honored. You should also maintain your own suppression list across vendors.
